Update 1-18-10
Congolese Families: Update
Marie's family continues to be progressing well. We are currently looking for a computer desk for them. The older children are becoming computer literate and are receiving wonderful grades and compliments inschool! Ekyochi's family needs much continued support in MANY areas. PLEASE contact Evie Swarts at 773-7385 if you can help with light handyman or handywoman tasks, assisting with food shopping, and helping with language development. It's fun!! This family also needs a dresser to replace the broken one. Everyone should try to hear both families sing at the 10:30 service next Sunday (1/31). They will also sing an additional song at the luncheon following the service. Your spirits will be lifted! This is also a great way to meet these loving people who continue to face many challenges.
